Ø If you rent for a week, we offer you 2 nice wine bottles and a beautifull art book on Charlevoix that contains 91 colors reproduction on the region. You will get the book for any rentals that is less than a week, we adapt accordingly to the number of days stay for the wine. The house description:

Ø 5 ½ bedrooms : 3 with queen beds, an open room with two double beds and a deluxe sofa bedand one with two twin beds.

Ø Spa for 6 in a 4 seasons veranda just in front of our private waterfall that we can illuminate with a 1000 watts of lights.

Ø Wooden floors, wooden walls, some ceramic, a lot of nice art all over the house and a lot of windows to the outside that gives the house a warm feeling.

Ø Two fireplaces (on the 2nd and 3r floor).

Ø Open kitchen with all the equipment needed: fridge, ceramic plated oven, micro-wave, dishwasher and all the little essential apparels needed in a house.Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, etc...

Ø Large hard wood floor solarium  (20' x 30' ft/6 m x 9 m), 14 ft high that includes the dining area and the living room. A incredible St-Lawrence River view awaits for you and our private waterfall makes the house a unique spot in Charlevoix ! You can exit oustide from that part of the house and jump on the large terrace that offers views of the River, the waterfall, the Bay and its beach.

Ø There is one bathroom with a washbassin and a shower-bath along with a toilet that includes  washer-dryer machines. (3rd floor). The other bathroom equipe with a shower, lavabo and toilet is located in the 1st floor.

Ø Satellite tv in the solarium(2nd floor) and the veranda (3rd). VHS and DVD in the living room along with a cd sound system. There is a CD selection for your use.

Ø There is a gas BBQ on the large deck (2nd floor)and we keep it functional all year long ! There a 6 place patio set from spring to late fall on the deck also.

Ø All linens and towels are included.

Ø Burning wood is included.

Ø The house is located 2 km from Baie-Saint-Paul center and at a 5 minutes walking distance from the shores of the St-Lawrence River. The views and the area is worth at that particular spot is worth the stay itself...
